There are days that I must pinch myself…

Each day holds such promise. So why at the end of some days does our “inner judge” criticize and complain that we should have done more, worked harder, and accomplished something of significance?

Last night was one of those nights I was critiqued harshly. It was awful. Indeed from the beginning of the day I was in the pushing mode. And after too many cups of chai tea to get ‘in the mood’ to make something happen (whatever that was), there was still nothing accomplished by the end of the day. It felt like a wasted Friday.

Have you ever had one of those days when it feels like the Universe is sabotaging your dreams? No matter how impatient you are and how much you want to make something happen, no matter how hard you push, nothing is happening.

So it got me thinking… maybe some days we approach life differently. We can rest and not have to do anything significant. We can nourish ourselves, enjoy, hang out, have fun, and just BE!

I pinched myself when I woke up this morning. My mind is filled with gratitude and focused on all the miracles right in front of me. And my heart is full again.

Increase your vibration to live the life you want to live

Are you controlling your life and staying in control? Most people are not, they are controlled by others and by the media.

Most people do what they think others expect them to do and not what they really want. They see how wealthy people live, envy them, but do not think that they could also be wealthy. They watch the news and act toward it. Hate the neighbour on your right and love the one on your left. And quite soon they change their mind and you are told to love the neighbour to your right and that you have to be careful that the one on the left might not rob you when you leave your house. And promptly when you leave your house you are looking right and left, greet the one at the right friendly and run when you see the one from the left. Or was it the other way round? I mean, are you sure that what you are told in the news is right or wrong?

Why do you believe that what is said in the news is right and that it is right for you to think that way? Not what is said in the news is best for you, but what you want to create. If you focus on something else which is said to be great, you make yourself tinier as you are. Stop envying that Hollywood film star, become the star of your own life. If you put someone else in front of you, you have no chance to get the best in your life. If you focus your thoughts on yourself and your life, make yourself be the start, this is what will become your reality. Live your life as you want, make yourself be important, focused thoughts on what you want to create and on the life you want to live.

What if you can prevent anything you don’t want from your life? It is about how you see things. Anything which appears to be bad has a good side. Look for it! The Law of Polarity says there is good and bad in anything. Is there something good, you find something not good. Is there something very bad, there is something great. You will always find something good and bad at the same time. If you want a better live, look for the good. Focus on the good and you give energy to it. There might come an obstacle into your way, which you will bypass and you come out as a winner.

Thinking a lot of problems will make them bigger, because of the energy you give to it. You draw into your life what you focus on. What do you want to draw into your life? Think well, keep your thoughts on it and if you are sidetracked, get your thoughts back to what you want in life.

Why are some people wealthy and so many don’t make enough money to pay all their bills and can’t get rid of their debts?

Thoughts and feelings correlate with a specific frequency of vibration. If you believe that you cannot live as you want and cannot get rich, you will not, even if you work hard. You have to make certain that you think of what you want, because this is what you get. If you believe that you can and that you will get rich, you will get rich. Your thoughts are responsible in what frequency of vibration you are. You think of what you want, you will be in a higher frequency of vibration as if you think of things which you do not want in your life. If you watch the news and see people in a war, do you really want that in your life? If not, switch to another channel or switch the TV off.

A low vibrational frequency slows everything in and around you down. Things will not work out and you will not feel good. A high vibrational frequency is responsible for things to work out and it will not be so very difficult. If you want to live a great life, raise your standards consistently, you have to raise your vibrational frequency consistently. Is there a recipe?

The answer is so easy: Think of what you want. If you think of something else, quickly get your thoughts back to what you want. You have to exercise that. If you learn a foreign language, you have to repeat words until you don’t forget them anymore. Repeat thoughts of what you want over and over again, until you are the expert of your life and until you control your thoughts.
